Our villa offers a completely private, south facing, heated courtyard pool that is fully screened. The Master Bedroom has a private bath and walk-in closet. Traveling with an extended family or a teenager? The unique layout offers a private suite with separate entrance off of the pool area for up to a 3 bed, 3 bath that sleeps 8. Located in Esprit Estates, 1/2 mile from the junction of Route 192 and Highway 27, makes it perfect for accessing all that Orlando has to offer. With such easy highway access, we are about an hours drive to each coast and their white sandy beaches--a great day trip!

Truly one of the highlights of our villa, the court yard style pool that faces south and is completely private.
Have breakfast, lunch and dinner pool side, with the grill (barbecue) right there, it is very convenient.

Walk to the club house of the 9 hole golf course that winds through and between the villas.
The community also offers basketball, tennis, fishing and boating on the large lake, which is a few minutes walk away.

Esprit Estates is a small community of many permanent Florida residents, which makes this area very private and quiet. Enjoy a walk in the morning to get your day going and look for hot air balloons which pass overhead almost daily.
Villa is close to everything- shopping, grocery, dining, golf, nail salons and attractions are all a short walk or drive away.
Universal Studios, SeaWorld and Wet N Wild are all only a 20 minute drive from the villa.
Orlando villas to rent on Esprit at Polo Park. Located just off HWY27 in Davenport Florida this is a great spot to see all that Disney and the Orlando theme parks have to offer. Please contact the owners direct to check availability and prices.
