A luxurious 6 bedrooms, 5.5 baths villa with private heated pool/spa located in the highly prestigious gated resort of Emerald Island, just 2 miles from Walt Disney World. The Villa has been professionally decorated to a very high standard and provides accommodation for up to 14 guests. The Villa boasts 4 Master King Beds and 2 Disney themed twin bedrooms for the children which share a full bathroom. All bedrooms have TV and DVD players with the children room sporting Playstation2 and XBox games consoles. The family room has a 52' big HDTV screen coupled with a top of the range DVD Surround Theatre Entertainment System and an XBOX 360 games console. The Villa features a beautiful south facing heated pool/spa on an extended pool deck with a Lanai (Porch) providing a welcome shade area. You will also be able to enjoy a fully equipped games room complete with a pool table, air hockey, a football table, an electronic darts board and two XBOX 360.

•Christmas/New Year/Easter/Thanksgiving require a minimum stay of 1 week.
Rates are as follows:
Low Season: $225.
Mid Season: $250.
High Season: $275.
Peak Season: $300.
Pool/Spa Heating £100 ($180) per week(Recommended between October and April).
Please Add 13% Tax to the above prices.
Booking Deposit required £250 ($400) when the villa is reserved and the balance plus a Security deposit of £350($500) is payable 12 weeks before the holiday dates. Stays of 4 nights or less incur a £70 ($130) cleaning fee.
Check Out is at 10:00 AM and Check In is at 4:00 PM.
