This villa meets the needs of everyone. For the less mobile there are 2 bedrooms downstairs with a shared bathroom and also a seperate wc. Upstairs is the master bedroom with balcony and bathroom, two further bedrooms and another bathroom. As you will see on the photos we have catered for everyone with themed rooms for the children and a games room which will suit everyones needs. The villa has been redecorated and has had new furniture throughout most of the rooms along with all new bedding and window dressings. It is constantly being updated every year. It now has bunk beds in one of the childrens room along with a single bed. There is a computer for you to check your emails/face book and a ps2 for the kids. If you prefer bring your own laptop and enjoy browsing the internet while relaxing in the sun with the addition of wifi.
More recently the villa has just had granite worktops fitted in the kitchen.
The pool has now had a LED multi coloured light fitted which looks amazing at night. Enjoy a BBQ at the pool side.
| Living |
The family room has a flat screen tv, dvd player and cable tv. There are two three seater leather sofa's along with a pouffe.

| Kitchen |
The kitchen has plenty of pans, bowls plates utensils etc allowing you to make meals for everyone. . Plastic plates, bowls and beakers are provided for use in the pool area. There is a cool box which is for your use when you go for a picnic to the beach or park. Supplied in the kitchen is a cooker, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster etc.
The kitchen now has granite work tops and breakfast bar fitted for easy cleaning and a luxury feel. The breakfast bar and breakfast table over look the pool area and lake.
Seperate to the kitchen is a laundry area which has ironing board, iron, washing machine and tumble dryer.

| Bedrooms |
The master suite which is situated on the first floor and has a kingsize bed, tv, its own en suite and balcony overlooking the beautiful lake view. Also on the first floor there are two themed rooms. One of these rooms Both these rooms have tv's.has been fitted with a set of bunk beds and a single bed and there are 2 single beds in the other themed room.
On the ground floor there are two further bedrooms. One room has a kingsize bed, dressing table and tv. the other bedroom has a queensize bed, tv and patio doors leading to the pool. Both bedrooms have tv's.
All bedrooms have ceiling fans fitted.

The master ensuite has a very large shower, deep bath tub, two seperate sinks, two seperate wardrobes which hold a safe for your passports etc. The bathroom also has hair dryer and hair straighteners. There is also a seperate toilet.
There is a bathroom seperating the themed rooms on the first floor which has a shower over the bath, toilet, sink and cupboard for towels. This bathroom has hairdryer and curling tongs.
There is a bathroom seperating the two bedrooms on the ground floor with shower over the bath, toilet, sink and cupboard for towels. this bathroom has a hairdryer.
On the ground floor there is a seperate toilet and sink. |
| Games Room |
The games room has pool table, air hockey, table tennis and electronic darts. There are also bar stools and table so you can enjoy a drink while you watch or wait for your turn. |
| Pool |
The pool is an impresive size of 15 x 30. It has steps going into it and gradually gets deeper and has a ledge where you can sit with drinks at the deep end.
There is plenty of seating for everyone on the lanai and a bbq for your convenience with spare gas bottle so you dont run out of gas.
We try to provide pool toys however this does depend on the previous guest not destroying them. There are pool and beach towels provided for you. All we ask is you try to remove the sand before you enter the villa and put them in the washer |
| Outside |
The villa has its own drive with enough room for two cars. The door has lighting so you can see what your doing.
You can walk to the lake from the pool area and fish the lake (two fishing chairs are provided). You can buy a fishing licience from the tourist centre.
On the community there is a play area for the kids and a set of goals for young and old. The community has 4 lakes in total and has lovely walks where you will be able to view numerous wildlife. |

There is wifi internet access to the villa. There is a computer with printer in the loft space along with a ps2 and games. |
| Baby Equipment |
A high chair, crib with bedding and baby utensils are provided. |
| Accessible |
The ground floor is wheelchair accessible however there are no lifts for the bath/shower or the stairs to the first floor. |
| Pets |

Rental rates additional information
Please ask for a quote for your desired dates. We do not charge extra for pool heat. A none refundable deposit is required to secure your dates and the balance is due 4 weeks prior to your rental date. this is refundable if cancellation is before this date. A seperate security bond of is required to cover any damage made. This is refundable after the managements inspection of the property.
