Rental rates additional information
Rental includes all utility bills, telephone calls and all taxes.
All bed linen, towels and pool towels are provided.
Free use of safe, cot/crib, highchair & gas BBQ.
A local management company is on call 24 hours for your peace of mind.
Pool heat, if required, is £80/$135 per week in addition to the above charges (recommended between October and April).
Our villa will be professionally cleaned before and after your stay. There is no charge for this, but stays of less than 5 days will incur a cleaning charge of £60/$90. The pool is cleaned and maintained at no extra cost.
A non-refundable deposit of £100/$200 per week (max £200/$400) is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Final payment is due 10 weeks prior to departure. A refundable security deposit of £150/$250 is required with the final payment. This will be returned, in full, after completion of your stay - following a satisfactory inspection for loss or damage by the Management Company. Due to the risk of allergies, unfortunately, we are unable to accept pets.
For the comfort and consideration of present and future guests, the villa is a non-smoking home. However, smoking is permitted on the lanai patio area and we would ask that you use the ashtrays provided. The cost of any damages caused by cigarettes will, unfortunately, be passed back to the guest.
