Our Villa is situated on the beautiful Cumbrian Lakes private gated community, which is just four miles down Poinciana Boulevard from US 192 and only 15 minutes from Disney attractions, Sea World and Universal Studios are only 15-20 minutes drive away. Conveniently located near a large choice of shops and restaurants such as the 24 hour Wal-Mart, Publix supermarket, Denny’s, TGI Friday, Perkins and all the restaurants on the 192, Cumbrian Lakes is the perfect location for your vacation. Cumbrian Lakes has a nature reserve which has a path around a nature lake where you can jog,cycle or just take a lazy stroll. A children's playground area is provided together with a wooded conservation area, four lakes, all of which provide a hospitable habitat for cranes, ospreys, and blue heron. Our fully air conditioned villa is Ideal for families who look forward to a holiday away from the pace of life at home, without the restriction of hotel accommodation, which offers one single room for your family and a timetable for your meals.

Living

As you enter the house, there is a wonderful open plan lounge where you can sit and relax or read a book.  The family room has an added advantage of a high loft ceiling. There are two sofas where you can relax while watching cable on the 55" TV. There  is also a DVD player and a HI-FI system where you can watch a movie or listen to your favourite music. We have a small collection of DVDs and CDs for your use.
Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need for your vacation and more including: range oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, toaster, double sink with disposal etc. There is a nook with breakfast table over looking the pool and spa.
Dining

At the end of the lounge is a dining area where you can enjoy a home cooked meal after a tiring day at the parks.
Bedrooms

5 bedrooms, sleeps 10.

The master suite with its king sized bed has a luxurious en-suite bathroom with bath, walk in shower and his/hers basins. There are two further twin bedded rooms upstairs that share a bathroom. The second main bedroom located on the ground floor overlooking the pool, has a new queen size bed and shares a bathroom with the fifth (twin) bedroom.
Bathrooms

3 bathrooms, 1 en-suites.

In addition to the three full bathrooms there is a small cloakroom on the ground floor.
Games Room

The garage has been converted into a games room and includes a Play Station 2 with a small number of games, pool table, table tennis table, air hockey and darts. There is a washer and drier in the downstairs utility room next to the games room.
Pool

There is a 30' X 15' heated pool and spa with night lighting and a large sun bathing area. It is fully screened for you comfort and overlooks the lake.
Outside

Patio furniture and sun loungers are provided. There is also a gas BBQ
Garage

The garage is a games room.
Internet

We have a secure  Wi-fi internet access available free of charge. The landing is now a study area with a desk and book case wheere you can work or just check your e-mails.
 
Baby Equipment

We provide a cot (with bedding), high chair and strollers free of charge.

Rental rates additional information

Rental rates include all taxes and cleaning. We accept booking in either GB pounds or US Dollars by cheque or via PayPal. Deposit of £125 per week required to secure booking. Balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure. At this time, an additional refundable security deposit of £200 will be payable to cover any breakage/damage. Optional pool/spa heating available £85 per week - needed mid October to mid April.
