Clear Creek at Woodridge 3 Bedroom 2½ Bath Florida Holiday Villa

There ample seating in the spacious living area to relax while making use of the  TV, DVD player, stereo and internet connection.

The kitchen area is fully fitted with a large oven, microwave and spacious fridge-freezer. The dining area has formal seating for six.
There is a separate utility room containing the washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities.

The villa has three bedrooms:
The master bedroom has a super-king size bed, TV, ceiling fan, en-suite bathroom and large walk-in wardrobe;
The second bedroom has a double bed, TV, built in wardrobe, and has en suite wc and wash basin.
Bedroom three has two sets of twin bunk beds, which are full single size, and a built in wardrobe.

Bedrooms two and three are served by the family bathroom which has a bath with shower unit, wc, sink and vanity unit, while the wc en-suite to the second bedroom can also be accessed from the pool area.

Outside, the pool is approximately 30’ x 14’ with a spa bath at one end. Heating for the pool/spa is available if required at an additional cost.  The pool area is fully screened.

The patio area is South facing and backs onto a conservation area and is not overlooked.  The 30ft x 14ft, screened swimming pool has an integral spa bath; heating is optional (£80pw).  The patio furniture consists of a table, four chairs and four sun loungers.  All windows and doors to the pool are fitted with alarms to alert adults should children attempt to enter the pool area unsupervised.

The large garage can easily accomodate two cars or a boat plus trailer.

High speed internet and WIFI are available so you can make full use of your laptop and keep in contact with family and friends.  The cost is included in the rental price.

A high chair is available.  A cot and stroller can be arranged for a small extra charge.
