Clear Creek at Woodridge 3 Bedroom 2l/2 Bath Florida Villa

The lounge has been comfortably furnished with carpets and a three piece suite, lamps and side tables.  We have installed a 40" flat screen T.V. which accesses many channels free of charge including Fox Soccer (for the male guests, who cannot manage without their weekly fix of football).  There is also a music centre in this room.

Kitchen fitted with many units and houses a large fridge/freezer and cooker.  Kitchen appliances include coffee maker, electric kettle, blender and toaster.  It is well equipped with crockery and plastic glasses are provided for use around the pool area.

There is a good selection of books and games which are kept in the larder cupboard in the kitchen.

The dining room is at one end of the kitchen and contains a formal dining room suite which seats 6 people.

Bedroom 1 has a Queen sized bed and has a walk in wardrobe/dressing area. There is also a small T.V. in the bedroom.

Bedroom 2 is a double with fitted wardrobes and a portable T.V.  This room has a small washroom en suite which has a doorway which leads on to the pool deck. All doors and windows are alarmed

Bedroom 3 is themed for chilren and sleep[s up to four.  There is a double bed with single bunk above and also a separate single bed.

The en suite is situated just off the main bedroom.  The main bathroom is located between Bedrooms 2 and Three and is easily accessed from both bedrooms.

We do not feel the need for a games room, as there is so much to do both outside and inside in Florida.

The pool area is accessed by patio doors from the lounge. They open up on to a shaded lanai which then extends to the pool area. The pool is south facing and overlooks a lake and wooded area. We have erected fences on either side so that the pool area is completely private. The sun shines on the pool area from early morning until sunset. There are four sun loungers, and side tables and there is also a matching table and chair set with umbrella

A large double garage is attached and between this and the lounge, there is a utility room which houses a large washing machine and dryer.

Free wireless internet access is provided but we suggest that guests take along their own laptops as it would be impractical to leave a lap top in the property.

Cots and high chairs can be provided if necessary.

Myself, my partner and our 2 young daughters had the pleasure of staying at this villa, I must say it was fantastic, not a single fault. My family take a vacation every year and each time we try somewhere different we never visit the same place twice, however we fell in love with this place and will not settle for anywhere else anymore! The villa was stunning, well equipped and very clean and tidy. The pool was also very clean and private. Although it rained almost everyday the experience alone was amazing, the rain in Florida is completeley different to what we experience here in the uk and the lightning is a spectacular sight! There is an walmart around the corner that stocks everything you need and the staff are incredibly helpful and polite. This year we hope to visit for 3 weeks as we never wanted to leave the pool last year and so never visited many places. To anyone thinking of booking this villa then i feel i must say that you will not regret it. Our holiday wouldnt have been as incredible as it was if we had chosen alternative accomadation. without a doubt my family would rate this villa 10/10.
