Picture yourself waking up to another glorious sunny day, walking out to your own private heated pool (optional), taking an early morning pre-breakfast dip letting the luxurious warm water lap away the stresses of work and everyday life. Before tackling the theme parks or shopping!! What better way to start the day.

It is a highly exclusive development situated in a conservation area surrounded by Orange Groves and Woodland.

The spacious family room offers comfortable seating and a Large 42" LCD TV and DVD player The lounge and family room are bright and airy and are the ideal place to relax and watch some TV. Or maybe chill out to some music and read your favourite novel. There is access to the pool area through sliding doors. |

The large kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you could need, it really is a home away from home. Expect to find a large US style fridge/freezer, oven, grill, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle and all the crockery, cutlery and glass tumblers you will need. There is a breakfast bar and a dining area adjoining the kitchen. |

Adjoining the kitchen, is the dining room with a large dining table and chairs, should you wish to have a leisurely breakfast before a fun packed day at the theme parks or simply to have take a break from the many restaurants and cook it yourself! Two people could eat on the bar stools in the kitchen. A high chair is also provided for free. |

Master Bedroom - This beautiful room, tastefully decorated, has 2 nightstands. It has a Queen size bed, cable TV, DVD player and with a large wardrobe. The large ensuite bathroom completes this luxurious room with a seperate WC, twin wash basins, a large bathtub and large double shower. This room also has its own door to the pool area.
Master Bedroom 2 - This beautiful room again tastefully decorated has 2 nightstands. It has a Queen sized bed, cable LCD TV and large built in wardrobe. The ensuite bathroom has a shower, sink and WC. This Bedroom also offers access to the pool area. A Cot is also available should you need it.
Toy Story Twin Bedroom - This twin bedded room is Toy Story Disney themed. This room also has large fitted wardrobes with a Toy Story square Pop-up hamper. These Toy Story comforters bring characters Buzz and Woody to life with amazing 3-D printed images. Use the included glasses and see the magic bring a smile to your child's face. This room shares a bathroom with Tinker Bell room.
Tinker Bell Twin Bedroom - This twin bedded room is Tinker Bell Disney themed. This room has 2 single beds, cable TV, night stands, chest of drawers and fitted wardrobes. This room shares a bathroom with Toy Story Twin Bedroom. |

The pool, spa and deck area boasts a southerly aspect, therefore enjoying the sunshine all day long.
The Spa is screened by Palm trees which gives an extra feeling of relaxing in a tropical paradise.
The pool area is mesh screened to keep insects out and children in, but don't worry, this won't affect your tan at all!
A child safety fence is provided, to give peace of mind about your little ones, when it is not in use.
A patio table, chairs and sun loungers are provided for "Al Fresco" dining, relaxing by the pool and sunbathing. The pool deck area has been extended outside the screen giving extra space for those sun loungers and umbrellas. The pool is checked and cleaned regularly, so you can be sure it is always clean and safe to swim in.Pool heating is available if required but recommended between October & April. |

Rental rates additional information
Our management company is 5 minutes from the villa, the office is open 8am to midnight. They give you hte keys when you arrive. The security deposit that they offer to guest is $350.00, a hold is placed on the credit card and released 7 business days after departure if no damages are found. We also offer the insurance coverage $69.00 non refundable covers up to 3,000.00 in accidental damages.
