Calabay Parc - Executive 4 Bed Villa with South Facing Pool

This room boasts a large lounge area styled with a warm rustic appeal accented with terracota and fresh lime feature walls and ceiling fan for climate control. Offering both immediate access and lovely view of the pool area via the triple sliding patio doors, the spacious room easily accommodates a luxury sofa suite consisting of both a 3 seater and 2 seater sofa and single armchair, mahogany dark wood furniture including a hallway console table, large coffee table, 2 side tables each with table lamp lighting and low media unit with wall hung large flat screen TV overhead. Contemporary wall art and 3 mirrors dotted on the walls compliment the living space providing a homely feel. This is a very comfortable zone in the house for a large family to spend quality time together - after dinner or winding down following a full day of park adventures - and sit and enjoy a movie or catch up on the latest Florida news on TV.

On entering via the hallway arch, the open plan kitchen-diner is styled with a fresh and contemporary lime decor, light oak cabinets and is well equipped with chrome high-quality appliances. This is an excellent space for guests who love to cook whilst spending time with the family.

Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area is a delightful bright space with views from the 3 tall bay windows to the garden at the front of the property. A wall hung flat screen TV is perfectly placed for catching up on morning television over breakfast and there is a generous square table with large leather chairs accommodating 8 guests

The 1st Master Bedroom overlooks the pool and has been styled in warm and classic decor with dark wood furnishings including a King Size Bed, 2 nightstands each with table lighting, wardrobe and a large chest of drawers with flat screen TV. Via an archway, the large ensuite bathroom has white sanitary ware with His and Hers sinks, a separate soak tub and double walk in shower.

The 2nd Master Bedroom styled in complimenting red and gold soft furnishings offers a warm, modern oriental styled inviting room to relax and enjoy some TV from the King Size Bed. The room is furnished to include dark wood nightstands, each with lamp lighting, a double size chest opposite the bed with TV and additional wardrobe space. The ensuite bathroom offers a shower over bath arrangement, single sink and direct access to the pool area.

Bedroom 3 - Refreshingly styled in a mix of neutral and zesty lime colours the room comfortably hosts twin beds and the dark wood furnishings include nightstand with lamp lighting, wardrobe and chest with small flat screen TV.

Bedroom 4 - Perfect for the younger family members, this room hosts Bunk Beds - with a Double bed space on the bottom and a single on the top, dressed with attractive white wood furniture including double built in wardrobe and chest, and bright feature walls with animation wall art this makes for a lovely kids room.

2 ensuite bathrooms to the 2 master bedroom suites. An additional family bathroom neighbours both the 3rd Twin Room and the 4th Bunk Bed bedroom and features a shower over bath and single sink arrangement

This is a large bonus room for the family to gather for some quality leisure time together for "Games Night" and enjoy a game of pool on the full size table, and relax at the bar with seating for 2 and watch TV on the large flat screen on the wall.

This is a superb SOUTH facing pool, offering the treat of all-day sun on the outside lanai - perfect when guests dine alfresco and want to enjoy a family BBQ lunch or early dinner by the pool. A large BBQ and wall mounted TV are in situ for guest use, along with outdoor table and seating for 4 and additional sun loungers are dotted around the pool. A 52 Jet raised and heated Hot Tub has been installed to the left of the pool - this is a great time to kickback and ease aching feet after a busy day at the theme parks or Orlando-style shopping!

WI FI Internet Access is available FREE to all guests

A Pack n Play Crib and a highchair are both available for guests during their stay

A fantastic well provded villa with all the extras you require for a great villa holiday in Orlando. This villa really was a pleasure to stay in for two weeks, we would certainly recommended this to friends and family in the future

Excellent location with great access to the major highways. Theme parks and shopping malls were within a 20 minute drive. The villa was well maintained with a modern feel to it. Villa was situated within privately owned homes which gave you the home from home feeling. Local supermarket is only a 2 minute drive with great bars and good restaurants. Games room was fantastic to unwind in as was the pool and hot tub. Villa was ideal as it was away from the main strip and was nice and quiet. I did also notice that the area was patrolled by local police which gave you that added security. If you want a modern villa that is close to all the major attraction of Orlando but still gives you piece of quiet that i suggest you stay here.
