Two master bedrooms both with ensuite facilities and individual access to the pool area. One master suite has a King sized bed, the second has Queen sized.

In addition there is a double bedroom and twin bedded room. There is also a queen sofa bed in the lounge.

All linen provided.

Tv's are in all bedrooms. Playstation also available.

There is also a crib and bedguard available at no extra cost.

The master ensuite has large walk in shower, corner bath, separate toilet and double vanity unit.

The second master ensuite is equipped with walk in shower, toilet and vanity unit.

The 3rd bathroom is situated between third & fourth bedrooms and is equipped with bath (overhead shower) toilet & vanity unit.

All towels are supplied.

Garage converted to games room, fully carpeted with pool and table tennis tables. Seating area so the kids can get away from the grown ups or vice versa!

Gas heated pool at extra cost if required. Heat usually recommended between October & April. Pool lighting for that late night swim!

Covered lanai with fan, outside lighting on patio area. L shaped pool with privacy hedge. Outside dining table and chairs, sun loungers.

Beach style towels also provided for use around the pool, these can also be taken to the beach.
