Located on HWY 27 in Davenport Florida, Calabay Parc is only 20 minutes from Disney World and within easy reach of all the Orlando theme park attractions. You have a large Publix supermarket, restaurants and takeaways within minutes of the community at Berry Town Center located next to Highlands Reserve. We have homes for rent on Calabay Parc located on Calabay Parc Blvd, Seneca Lane, Amaca Lane, Tupelo Circle, Montara Drive, Orista Drive. These well designed villas range from 3 to 5 bedroom, and offer an excellent bedroom to bathroom ratio. Calabay Parc (Calabay Park) is close to Interstate 4 which is the main Florida highway that runs from Tampa to Daytona and gives easy access to the Gulf Coast (Clearwater) and Atlantic Coast (Cocoa Beach) beaches which are about an hour away. Sunflower Villa
We had a lovely stay at Sunflower Villa which we found to be furnished and equipped to a very high standard. Of the six stays we have had in Florida this was the nicest villa of all and we would have no hesitation in recommending it to friends and family.
