Simply Stunning 4 bedroom 4 bathroom villa - Calabay Parc

With high vaulted ceilings this room really is the main focal point of the house. With large soft sofas sitting in front of a fantastic 46" flat screen TV this is a great place to relax. Choose from one the hundreds of channels on offer, over 40 of which are in high definition, or pick a DVD film from the selection provided and relax in total comfort. If you fancy a bit more participation, take your choice from the selection of Playstation 3 games and challenge friends or family to a game of your choosing. We also have a choice of high definition films on disc for you to watch!

For music fans, we have also provided a HiFi system to liven things up a bit!!
 

Leading from the sitting room is the very well equipped kitchen and cosy breakfast area. The kitchen's facilities allow you to create the most complex of feasts. Offering a large oven and cooking hob as well as a dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer which provides ice cubes on demand, and all the usual items such as a kettle, blender, ample cutlery, plates and glasses, there really is nothing missing. There is even a large washing machine and tumble drier in the utility area.

Next to the kitchen is a lovely cosy breakfast area. With views over the pool deck, this little area is ideal for those intimate dinners or perhaps somewhere for the children to do their colouring in
 

If you are planning a gathering, you will find the perfect place to dine around the lovely New England style dining table. With soft lighting and a homely atmosphere, this really is a comfortable place to spend time with your gang.

1ST MASTER SUITE - With a huge American king size bed and a flat screen TV with built in DVD player, this really is a lovely spacious room. Sitting by the window with views out to the pool is a cupboard which houses a desktop PC which has a very fast internet connection. The connection is also wireless if you would prefer to bring your own laptop and check your emails by the swimming pool! There is a big closet as well to hide away your luggage.
Leading on from the master bedroom is the very spacious master bathroom. The first thing you will notice is the large Roman bath tub in the corner with his and hers sinks either site. With floor to ceiling mirrors and dressing room lighting, this really is a lovely bright bathroom. You will also find a separate lockable area which includes a very large walk in shower and the WC.

2ND MASTER SUITE - With a huge King size bed and a flat screen TV this room feels very luxurious indeed. With lovely views looking out over Calabay Parc this room has a lovely serene feeling as it is slightly separated from the rest of the house. There is ample closet space for all your luggage. Leading from the bedroom is the full bathroom featuring a bath tub, shower, sink and WC.

3RD EN-SUITE BEDROOM - This large room has twin beds and a flat screen TV offering dozens of cable channels. You will also find ample closet space for your belongings. Leading from the bedroom is the en-suite bathroom which has a bath tub, shower, sink and WC.

4TH BEDROOM - Decorated in a very appealing palm tree theme, this room has twin beds and a flat screen cable TV. This room also has a Playstation 2 and a selection of games. There is also a large closet big enough for all your cases. Just outside the bedroom door is bathroom 4. This bathroom has a bath tub, shower, sink and WC.

With a big pool table, as well as a table soccer table you will find plenty to keep your gang amused. We've also provided an electronic darts board with safe plastic tipped darts as well as an exercise bike for those wishing to work off those calories!! We also have three sets of golf clubs for guests to use FREE OF CHARGE.

Probably the most important part of the whole villa is the pool and spa area. Located to the rear of the property you will find a very large extended swimming pool and bubbling spa. With an extended pool deck which faces directly south you will find plenty of space for you to all spread out and relax. Surrounding the pool deck area are a huge selection of tropical palm trees and plants which create a jungle feel to the whole swimming pool area. We have also planted high hedging along the side of the pool deck giving seclusion and privacy. With no rear facing neighbours this really is a lovely quiet place to spend the day

You will also find a large dining table and ample chairs and sun loungers for all of your party allowing you to make the most of those warm sunny days.

It doesn't end there... As the sun dips below the horizon the garden will spring in to life. We have put garden lighting among the palm trees and tropical plants which switch themselves on as evening falls. Not only that, turn the switch for the pool lights and you will be treated to a fantastic light show that you just won't find anywhere else. With the garden lighting flickering in the back ground and the pool and spa lights changing from reds to blues to purples you will discover why this home is so special.
 

We have provided a full size desktop computer with high speed internet access FREE OF CHARGE

The internet connection is also wireless if you would prefer to bring your own laptop and check your emails by the pool!

The internet runs at a very quick 10mb/s.

We have provided a crib and highchair FREE OF CHARGE

We have also provided a few items of bedding for the crib but we would always recommend bringing these items with you to make sure you have your prferred choice of bedding.

We were a bit apprehensive booking a villa online but the communacation between myself and Andrew was always prompt normally the same day which made me feel a bit more secure. When we got to the villa "wow" is how we felt its stunning as in the pictures 100% as advertised. The children loved the pool we even used it at night time as theres some lovely changing colour lights the spa get HOT lol the beds are very comfy and lovely pillows which we feel is important nothing worse then a flat pillow. The kitchen has everything you might need to cook or meal and the fridge is huge also it has an ice maker. We would reccomand going to universal for a couple of days much better then Disney we thought :) There is an abundance of bathroom towels so dont take any and you can buy pool towels really cheap.We really hope to come back in a couple of years when we've saved up wouldnt even think of staying anywhere else now, why tempt fate when we've found a gem!!

Just returned from a 2 week holiday and this house absolutely made the holiday more amazing! The owner has been extremely helpful and promptly answered any questions we had. The house is more than adequate for a family holiday, plenty to keep everyone entertained! Its beautifully furnished and the whole neighbourhood in general was lovely! Pool area was great and made for a brilliant area to chill out after hard day at the theme parks! Thanks for a brilliant holiday.... we will definitely be returning!

The owner of this villa was a pleasure to deal with. All information was given and absolutely everything was perfect. The villa was stunning and very spacious - it really was a pleasure to go back to after some very busy days at the parks. The spa in the pool was a real bonus. It was spotless and extremely comfortable. The games room was fantastic for the children. The management company were wonderful and called by to make sure everything was ok. It was nice to know that someone was close by if we needed anything. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone and would definitely want to stay there again on our next trip. I really wouldn't bother looking anywhere else as this villa had everything we wanted. Our favourite restaurant in the area was Olive Garden with Longhorn being a close second.

We had a fantastic trip to Florida, and the accomidations were "top-shelf". We used the majority of the facilities within the house and were happy with most items. The pool was great, the house was clean, the house itself did not look worn or over-used. We like the fact that the pool did not have a fence around it like other rental properties in the area. The highlight was using the Spa at night with the multi-color lights rotating - it was great!

This home was truly amazing for our family vacation! The decor just as lovely as all the pics show and very well maintained and clean. We stayed for 10 days and the weather we had was incredible! Of coarse the pool and lanai area was the hit for everyone. Such a beautiful pool and hotub especially so in the evening with the lights! Andrew, you have obviously put alot of thought into having the exotic foliage planted around the pool area.You feel like you are in your own island paradise! Really enjoyed the quiet neighborhood as well. We have recommended it already to others and look forward to returning. So many more things that could be said but let it suffice to say that anyone staying here in the future will have a great time! We stayed from 27 Nov to 10Dec 2010 this is a well equipped and clean property the outside area to the rear of the large pool has some coloured lighting adding a special feel to nights spent their. All the rooms are well sized clean and usable as described on the listing. The villa has one of the best entertainment systems in the main sitting area I have seen in any rented property this was useful during our stay as the outside temperature was a little cold some days. The management company responsible for the property are very polite and responsive to any problems that could arise we had none on our visit. I would recommend this villa to anyone

A lovely home, immaculately clean and very well fitted out. The bedrooms are a good size and the beds extremely comfortable. Excellent communication prior to the holiday and good directions to the villa. Generous amount of towels available which saved on luggage weight. Good, well stocked supermarket nearby. Would highly recommend.

Stayed in Orlando 6 times now and confirm this property is a great place to stay. Tasteful and spacious with thoughtful extras like a computer with internet and luxuries like the pool and spa. Oh that pool and spa! Easy access to everwhere important and plenty of good value shops and restaurants nearby. Very helpful owner too! If your thinking of staying at this property - go for it you wont regret it!

Excellent place to stay,very clean and well kept. Centrally located to all attractions and both shores of florida,directions were right on easy to find.Pool was awesome alot of pool toys for the grandkids. Information provided before arrival was great and easy to follow very guest friendly.Great communication from start to end.Management stopped by to assure every thing was ok,day after arrival,nice touch.
