Casa del Calabay is ideally located for vacationers who want to take full advantage of central Florida area. Convenient for all attractions, just 15 minutes from Disney, 30 minutes from Sea World, Universal, 40 minutes from the airport and 1 1/2 hours away from both coasts.This location is also close to the new Lego Land Park which opened in the fall of 2011. This villa was built in 2006 in the beautiful Calabay Parc Tower Lake gated community. This marvelously furnished villa has two master bedrooms with exits to the private screened pool and spa.There is a 3rd bedroom with a full/twin bunk bed and a 4th bedroom equipped with twin beds which share a 3rd full bathroom. The open concept lounge area has a large flat screen TV and DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with an attractive dining area which can accommodate 8 people. Further seating is available in the den and the villa is equipped with a utility/laundry room. This villa is perfect for those relaxing moments between outings.

The living area contains sitting for 6 people comfortably. It is equipped with a TV, DVD player and WII gaming system and 5 games. It is an open concept looking into the kitchen and has a walk out to the screened lanai and pool area.
A den is situated at the front of the house and is a quiet place to watch TV, a DVD (a selection of movies is included for your pleasure), or read quietly. |

The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator (and ice maker), stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher. Dishes, pots and pans, casserole dishes, coffee pot, kettle, electric can opener and blender all make living away from home just as convenient to cook as at home. A washer and dryer are located in a separate room off the kitchen. Ironing board and iron are available for your use. |

Because our home is on a bit of an angle on the property, morning sun is available on the right side of the screened lanai and afternoon sun is available on the left side. A shaded seating area contains a dining table seating 4 people and 4 loungers are available for your use. Also available is an outdoor gas BBQ. Although a safety fence around the pool is not available, door alarms are installed for child safety. |

Calabay Parc at Tower Lake is a beautiful community set adjacent to a large natural lake. This quiet and tranquil setting is conveniently located for all the theme parks central Florida has to offer. Disney's Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, Universal Studios, MGM/Disney Studios, Islands of Adventure, Sea World, Shopping Malls, restaurants and nightlife are within an easy drive of between 15 and 30 minutes. The lake boasts a boat ramp and fishing jetty and is a popular location for catching bass. Calabay Parc at Tower Lake is also located close to two of Florida's top golf courses at Champions Gate (7 miles) and Southern Dunes (1 mile). Both the Gulf coast (Clearwater) and Space coast (Daytona) beaches are within an hour and a half drive from Casa del Calabay. Busch Gardens is approximately an hour and ten minutes away. Our home is equipped with outdoor surveillance cameras. |

Shopping:: Calabay Parc at Tower Lake is right by a Super WalMart Store where you can stock up on all of your daily supplies. Also nearby is a Publix supermarket which is located on the US Highway 27 approximately 4 minutes drive from the Villa next to the Heart of Florida Hospital. A pharmacy and take-out restaurants are close by. The famous Orlando Premium Outlets are only a short drive from the villa on the I 4 as are all of Orlando's major shopping malls and factory outlets.
Tourist Office: A good source of information is the Tourist Board Office on Highway 27. They can recommend sights to see and have discount coupons for many activities.
