Calabay Parc At Tower Lake - 4 Bedroom 3 Bath Luxury Villa

The living room has been tastefully designed in neutral colours with added earth colours to give it a homely feel. Due to the villa being south facing the living room is lovely and bright. You can access the pool through the patio door. For the football fanatics you can watch your own football team from the couch as we have Premier League Soccer direct to sky sport on the living room TV, plus hundreds of TV channels to flick through. There is plenty of seating throughout the house for every one.

The den is ideal for the family as it gives you more space and is decorated in neutral tones with an accent of deep red. For when you need peace and quiet put your feet up on the cosy sofa and watch a favourite DVD. The den has a computer with internet access so you can check your bags in on line or browse to your hearts content. There is a play station 2 for the children to play on with games like spider man 3 and Shrek for the younger ones.
 

In typical American style the villa is designed around the Great room with the kitchen overlooking the living room. Great for talking and knowing where the children are. The nice big American freezer is ideal for the Bud and wine, or for the soft drinks there is ice cold water and ice cubes from the door. There is also a large dishwasher for the man in the house!! A CD and radio is there to use, which can be moved anywhere in the house. On arrival there will be a phone card for your use to phone home and let everyone know you have arrived safely. You will find an information rack with leaflets from all the theme parks, shopping malls and other attractions.

Plus there is an utility room with a large washing machine, dyer and ironing board in the utility room.
 

The dining room is bright and airy, situated by the kitchen for easy access. The dining room table can easily seat 8 people.

Or you could hire a BBQ and eat outside.

There are two Master bedrooms both tastefully decorated in neutral tones. Both bedrooms have a KING size bed, this is an American king size which is the next size up from the UK king size, easy to get lost in. Both bedrooms have walk in wardrobes for the ladies and their shoes. There is a cable TV in the bedrooms. There are two easy chairs to relax in and have your morning coffee, or to have 5 minutes and read a good book. You can go straight from either bedroom out to the pool.

There is a Mickey and Minnie twin room and a Winnie the Pooh twin room.  

There are three bathrooms. The master bedrooms both have en suite. The third bedroom is between the twin rooms.

Come and join Mickey, Minnie, Donald and Goofy, all hand drawn by our daughter Kate, in the games room. The full size pool table is great for the family to play killer pool (if you do not know the rules just email us). There is a full size air hockey table with its own scoring machine that you can attach an ipod to for playing music. There is an LCD TV on the wall, you can watch the music channel when playing pool. For our little ones there is a table and chairs where they can sit and play with Mr Potato Head. There are games for all the family including monopoly, twister and cludeo, if you get time to play them. For our adult guests there is a Texas hold em poker set.
 

The extended south facing pool is ideal for all the family to enjoy. There is a safety fence to go around the pool to protect the children.

The front and rear garden has been landscaped with tropical plants and is not overlooked by the neighbours behind you. In the morning enjoy breakfast by the pool. For the adults there is a lovely spa to rest in either during the day or at night when the pool and spa are lit up with soft coloured lights. There is extra lights in the pool area and spotlights under the palms to watch the children swimming at night.

Relax under the lanai, a covered area with a ceiling fan to keep you cool in the Florida sunshine. However, if you love to sun-bathe there are lounges available and with our south facing extended decking you can have the sunshine all day long.

Our beautiful 4 bedroom 3 bathroom villa is in the prestigious community of Calabay Parc at Tower Lakes.Calabay Parc is a gated community which adds that extra important security for you and your family. The community has been built to a very high standard. It has been designed in an eye catching manner; with no adjacent houses the same in design or colour. There are pavements for that early morning jog!! Or you could just stroll down to the lake where you will find people fishing. Both the front and back garden have been sympathetically landscaped in tropical foliage.  

There is off road parking.

Internet access is available in the den.

There is two cots and two high chairs FREE to use.

Had a wonderful stay at this villa over the last few weeks. It's a real home away from home. The villa is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean and there are lots of lovely little touches that make you feel that Peter and Margaret really care about the quality of the experience their guests have. There are restaurants and takeaways only a short drive away and you have the option of a Walmart 5 minutes in one direction or a Publix about 10 minutes in the other. We'd been let down on another villa so were a little concerned about rebooking with strangers, but we couldn't have been served better as communications were prompt, friendly and really thorough, anticipating our needs. It was clear we were in honest, safe hands and we were not disappointed with any element of our stay. The villa was easy to find and the routes into the main tourist areas were very clear. We've made lots of lovely family memories here and would not hesitate to recommend the villa to friends and family.

We have just returned from a fantastic holiday in Florida and the gorgeous villa helped make our holiday the best yet! The directions we had were easy to follow and from the moment we arrived it felt like a home. The villa is very well looked after and we loved all the additional "touches" such as the childrens games and themed bedrooms. The pool area was also lovely, it was great to go back to the pool, put on the coloured lights and relax in the spa after a day walking round the parks. The location was convenient for the parks and restaurants and we made use of the huge supermarket that was only a couple of minutes away. I would definitely recommend a stay here. We just wished that we couldn't stay for longer!

Dear Margaret and Peter, I am just writing a short note to let you know that the villa was fantastic with every possible facility we could have wished for. It was immaculate and we immediately felt at home. Our kids loved the themed bedrooms and the illuminated pool area topped it all off. The games room kept us entertained each evening after a hard days park hopping. Stayed at this villa for two weeks in May - it was absolutely fantastic!!!!! The villa was immaculate and everything you could ever need and more was provided. We have two young kids who just loved it as there is so many toys and games to keep them amused. The villa is south facing and we had the sun all day and has a lovely terrace to relax in in the evening. Villa was about 20mins from disney and was a good location to enjoy all the attractions of Orlando. I would most definetely recommend this villa to anyone thinking of holidying in Florida.
