Spacious family living area with a 42" HD LCD cable TV and DVD player. This room leads via patio doors to the covered lanai with poolside seating and a table for breakfast by the pool.

The roomy well designed lounge is large enough to accommodate 2 good-sized sofas and single chair. There is also a den room with a further queen sleeper sofa, this feature enables the villa to sleep 10 people comfortably.

Den with queen sleeper sofa, 27" TV, PlayStation 2 with games and DVD player with a selection of DVD films, board games and books.

Upgraded cable TV package including premiership football

The fully fitted kitchen includes oversized fridge freezer (with ice and water dispenser), dishwasher, cooker, microwave and all necessary appliances, cutlery, plates etc. There is also a laundry room with full size washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner.

Our new fully furnished 4 bedroom luxurious villa is equipped to the highest standard and everything you need for your perfect dream holiday is here including all linen and towels. There is plenty of accommodation to sleep from 2 to 10 people so it is ideal for 2 families to share and enjoy. It is also perfect for 1 family to spread out and relax in comfort!

Two master bedroom suites each featuring: king size beds, spacious walk-in closets, en-suite bathrooms with step in showers, HD LCD cable TVs and access to the poolside and spa complex.

Two twin bedded rooms which share the third bathroom. Both rooms are themed ("Pooh Corner" and "Nemo's Home").

Safe provided in Main Master bedroom to store passports, airline tickets etc

Two luxurious well equiped en-suite bathrooms with large walk in showers. Main en-suite has large bath.

3rd bathroom for the two twin rooms.

Even hairdryers are provided!

There is also a games room for you to enjoy including a full size pool table and air hockey table.

A superb modern gas heated pool with built in spa/jacuzzi (spa gets up to 100F) is the height of luxury, allowing you to chill out and relax after a fun filled day at the parks or golfing. The whole pool is fully screened with a covered furnished lanai (patio) area and its own ceiling fan…unadulterated luxury to complement the perfect holiday.

The villa is ideal for those with mobility difficulties because it is on one floor, with a wide entrance hall and spacious rooms. Please note however, there is a small step to the entrance to the villa and there are no grab rails in the bathrooms.

Please inform owner at time of booking so that access arrangements via ramps can be made.

the home is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and in a quiet, safe neighborhood! We stocked the refrigerator from a nearby market, cooked breakfast daily and even baked a ham for Thanksgiving! Very well equipped, there was plenty of room for two families, our 2 year old granddaughter LOVED the Pooh room and especially the giant stuffed Eeyore..plenty of linens, the beds were comfortable, and we had lots of space to park 2 vehicles, there is a great restaurant called Manny's within minutes, where you can get a delicious steak dinner, also we loved Sonny's where we bought a BBQ dinner for four that was wonderful with much to share! Very close to Disney, easy to access highways and the airport at Orlando, the owners and the management firm were wonderful to work with, very very nice time, and many memories! I pray we can come back again soon! No matter how long you stay, it will never be long enough...lovely vacation home. Thanks for sharing it with us!

We've just spent a fantastic two weeks in John and Caroline's wonderful villa. The decor is first class with everything you need and more! The games room and also the upgraded TV with Premiership Football was a great addition to let you chill when sun is at its hottest. The villa is in a great location, Walmart only 5mins away and you have a GREAT steakhouse in Manny's just a few mins more. We would highly recommend this villa. The owners were extremely helpful both prior, during and after our stay. We would have no hesitation going back and would thourougly recommend this villa to anyone who is looking for great affordable accommodation, a villa which has something for everyone.

if you are looking for a villa to stay in Florida then you need look no further. we have just returned from staying at Calabay Parc at Tower lake at It is even better than the pictures portray. The owner John couldn't be more helpful when enquirying and booking the Villa and sending us a pack 4 weeks before you fly with all the information you need about the villa and things to do while you are there which was most helpful. The villa and the pool were beautiful and made for a very relaxing holiday.

Chose to stay in John and Caroline's villa and it was a great choice. The villa was very clean and everything we could possibly need was provided. Had to call the management company on one occasion and they dealt with the problem staightaway. John's instructions to the villa and instructions on appliances in the home etc were very clear and easy to follow.The gated community was very nice and kept in pristine condition. The villa is in a very good location to get to theme parks or the coast and Walmart two mins away and the best steak restaurant a few minutes down hwy 27 - Mannys - food great. All in all could not fault this villa or the service provided and we have stayed in five villas prior to this one and this villa definitely one od the nicest!

I say 'home' because this is how we felt stopping at this beautiful villa. Even though we stopped for 16 nights this still was not enough. The accommodation was perfect, clean and very spacious. The pool was great, with our 7 year old grandson now swimming underwater. The spa was gorgeous and with the pool heated absolutely out of this world. The location was very quiet, and although a little away from the hustle and bustle of Orlando and Kissimmee; Disney, Universal, International Drive and the 192 were so easy to find off the I4 which was approx 5 miles up the H27. It took 15 mins to Magic Kingdom and only 30 to Universal. All in all we had a great time and cannot wait to go back both to Orlando and this perfect Calabay Parc 'Home'.

The owner provided excellent information prior to leaving for our holiday and the directions provided made for a very easy drive to the villa. We holiday in this area regularly and the information provided was far superior to anything we have received from other owners. The villa was well maintained and to a very high standard of cleanliness. The pool and spa were great and the gated community provided a very secure environment. There is a large supermarket nearby and many nice restaurants. Manny's Chophouse is a good one to try but be prepared for large portions! I would certainly recommend this Villa.
