Our villa is privately owned and is situated in luxurious surroundings overlooking the Lake. Set in the prestigious gated community of Calabay Parc at Tower Lake. Our spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bathrooms fully air conditioned villa comes with many extras included to make your stay as delightful and memorable as ever. Large South facing pool with jacuzzi and decking area. Games room with full size pool table, bar football and mountain bikes. Living

Tastefully furnished and decorated throughout, the spacious lounge area overlooks the lania and pool. Large flat screen TV with cable & digital viewing, DVD, CD player & I.Pod docking station
Kitchen

The kitchen is open plan with dining table and breakfast bar area. The kitchen is fully fitted with large fridge/freezer with ice/water dispenser, oven, microwave and dishwasher, all kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery. Seperate utility room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.
Bedrooms

4 bedrooms, sleeps 10.
  • Two masters with KING SIZE beds, both en-suite. 
  • Two twin bedrooms with twin-beds, shared bathroom. 
  • Queen size sleeper sofa in den area.
  • Uni-sex dressing robes provided.

The master bedrooms are fully furnished with large king-sized beds, cable TV and walk in wardrobes. Hairdryers, towels and all bed-linens are provided. Unisex bath/spa robes also supplied for your comfort.

The master bedrooms are overlooking the pool area with French doors leading out onto the lanai.
Bathrooms

3 bathrooms, 2 en-suites.
  • Master (#1) En-suite bathroom has twin vanity sink area, large corner bath, separate walk in shower and w.c. 
  • Master (#2) En-suite bathroom has walk in shower, vanity sink and w.c.
  • The shared bathroom has bath, overhead shower, vanity sink and w.c.

The games’ room is a must not only for children but even adults. It has everything from a professional adult pool table to a bar football for the children, and 2 adult size mountain bikes for the more adventurous.

RATES FOR 2010........ LOW:- Jan, Feb, Mar, Nov, Dec (excluding Christmas/New Year) £450 per week. MID:- April, May, June, Sept, Oct (excluding easter) £525 per week. HIGH:- July, Aug, Easter, Christmas/New Year £600 per week. RATES FOR 2011........LOW:- £460 per week. MID:- £535 per week. HIGH:- £600 per week. Prices include end of stay clean. DEPOSIT/SECURITY BOND £200 per booking. Gas Pool/Spa heating £90 per week.

Thank you for returning our security deposit so promptly. We had a lovely holiday in Florida and your villa was just fantastic. We have absolutely no complaints at all. It was very comfortable and positioned just the right distance away from the hustle and bustle, but well accommodated for, with shops, restaurants and Disney attractions easily to hand. If we ever venture to Florida in the future we will certainly want to stay in your lovely home. I would have no hesitation recommending it to other people. Many thanks for a great holiday villa.
