Calabay Parc at Tower Lake - 4 Bedroom 3 Bathroom

There are two family areas, a family theatre room and lounge area.

The family theatre room is equipped with a 46"HD LCD TV with Blu Ray Player, X-BOX 360, DVD player, i-pod docking station and selection of movies and games with full 5.1 surround sound to enhance your viewing and gaming pleasure. The room is decorated with bright and modern furnishings and is themed with movie and gaming memorabilia.

The main lounge area is spacious and bright with open plan layout offering direct access to the pool area via large patio doors. There is a large L shaped sofa with ottoman, stylish and modern accessories as well as a 50" HD plasma TV with cable TV and a large selection of HD channels, Blu Ray player and selection of films.

A selection of childrens games and library of best sellers has been provided for your convenience. 

The kitchen area is very well equipped with modern all new appliances and more accessories than can be mentioned.

The breakfast bar area and splashbacks have been tiled for extra cleanliness and over cabinet and under bar lighting further enhances this modern space.

A Radio/CD player and selection of music has been provided for your listening pleasure.

The dining room is spacious and has a two tone hard wood dining suite. The suite features two twin leather benches and two single chairs. This will comfortably seat 6 adults although can accomodate 8 with the addition of chairs. (seats available from breakfast bar)

A telephone with free local and national calls and free wi-fi internet connection is provided for your use.

There are two master bedrooms both with en-suite facilities and direct access to the pool area via pool doors. Both masters have American King size beds which are complemented with luxurious pillow top mattresses and extremely high quality furniture and accessories. Both master suites have flat screen TV's and walk in wardrobe facilities.

Twin bedrooms are equipped with combination TV/DVD players and beds are also fitted with luxurious pillow top mattresses. Both bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes.  A selection of childrens books and games have been supplied for your convenience.

Both master bedrooms have en-suite facilities, with large walk in showers. The larger of the two has a large corner bath and twin sinks. Both have vanity areas, soap and toothbrush holders, towels , discreet medicine / toiletry cabinet and hairdryers for your convenience.

There is an additional family bathroom with fitted shower screen over the bath.

The games room is carpeted and has fan cooling for your added comfort. It is equipped with a full sized pool table, wii console and selection of games, Flat screen HD TV, Electronic darts and selection of family games.

In addition the games room has a full size "tiki" bar creating an area to spend many relaxing nights with family or friends.

Your very own hostess pirate "Rita" is a focal and main talking point of this room, why not get your photo taken with her, we'll post these on our website with your permission.

The pool is south facing and has covered lanai and deck area. There is a child safety fence provided which can be folded back or left in place for your convenience. The neighbouring properties are situated far enough away not to feel overlooked.

The lanai area has ceiling fan for added comfort and lighting for night time relaxing.  Quality pool furniture is provided.

BBQ available on request for additional charge, please ask.

The villa exterior has a large driveway which will easily accomodate up to 3 cars. The grass is meticulously manecured and a large palm tree in the front enhances the floridian feel.

The lake can be viewed from the driveway and overall there is a very open feel to the villas position.

Free wi-fi internet is provided

A travel cot, high chair and stroller are provided for your use.

Toddler cutlery and plates are also provided.

We've just spent a glorious two weeks in this fantastic villa and would have no hesitation in going back. The decor is first class with everything you need and more! It was very easy to contact the owners, who provided excellent service. The villa is in a great loacation, only a short drive to the parks. We would highly recommend this villa.

We spent 3 weeks here and enjoyed it immensley. The owners have thought of everything and no expense has been spared in providing a holiday home with everything for a perfect family holiday.The kids enjoyed it so much that we had trouble convincing them to leave the house and visit the theme parks.

Stayed at this villa May 2010 and can say was one of the best I have seen. Everything was 1st Class with little extras like the Wii, Xbox, pool table keeping the kids entertained when we werent out at the parks. Great location for shops and Disney Theme Parks. Nice to stay somewhere that have the most amazing beds and not cheap rubbish. Would definetely recommend and will be back

This beautiful villa has absolutely everything you need. There are plenty of things to keep the children (and adults) entertained when not visiting the parks. The gated community has a large lake which is great for an evening walk to look at the wildlife. The owners are friendly and easy to contact. I would definately recommmend this villa and know you would not be disappointed.

I stayed at this amazing villa earlier in the year. Fantastic high spec finish makes this a real home from home. Very comfortable with lots of space for the kids to play and for my wife and I to relax. Good location close to the I4 and handy for all the theme parks. Found a magic steakhouse a few minutes drive away. I will definately go back.
