Master bedroom 2 on the ground floor with Queen size bed,TV Ceiling fan,walk in wardrobes and own bathroom and over heah shower in bath and WC (great views of the lake from this room)

Master bedroom 3 on the first floor with king size bed, TV ,ceiling fan , Mirrored wardrobes,own bathroom with walk in shower ,sink and WC

Bedroom 4 on the first floor with 2 twin beds TV and shared bathroom

Bedroom 5 on the first floor with 2 twin beds TV and shared bathroom

Games room with pool table,basketball game Wii console and games

Pool with 6 person spa

Spa can be heated to 100 degrees

Coloured lights for the pool and spa different effects with the turn of a switch

This is the second time we have stayed in this gorgeous house and it was just as good!! The house has everything you need for a really good holiday. It is furnished to a high standard and the location is fantastic. There is a lake a few minutes walk away where you can fish or just enjoy the wildlife. There are shops and restaurants nearby and Disney is around 20 minuets away. We wanted to book it again for next year for my birthday but its already booked out so im not very happy! Anyone who stays here will love and want to come back time and time again.

My family, wife, 2 kids and myself had a wonderful time in Nikki & Bills villa. It had everything we wanted and more, pool was beautiful at night with the changing lights and there was, if anything too much room! The villa was perfectly located for all the attractions and shopping. Walmart and Publix supermarkets were 5 mins away, gated community was very clean and tidy.

The home was very spacious and clean and located at a nice spot in the neighborhood.Its losated not far from most local atractions.told my friends looking to vacation in the Orlando area that this is the place to stay. .

Rating 5 out of 5 Wonderful home away from home Review Submitted: June 2, 2011 Date of Stay: May 2011 My family and I recently stayed in this wonderful home while on our vacation to Disney and Universal Studios. We had 5 adults and 2 children and a ton of room to spare. The screened in pool was a blessing morning, noon, and night. Eating breakfast or dinner by the pool was a great way to relax before or after a day at the parks. I would say all the comforts of home, but it was so much more then that. The descriptions are right on and there is plenty of stores, restaurants, and others amenities right near by. Travel to and from the parks is easy with only 2 main roads to use. The property management company was amazing from helping with tickets to testing the pool regularly. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a more relaxed way to enjoy the parks (if that is possible). Thank you for a great week
