This luxury 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom villa is kept to a very high standard, and is set on a large corner plot, with the exterior newly painted in 2010.
The villa is situated in Bass Lakes, a small secluded tranquil development with a fishing lake and natural conservation areas. Located off Highway 192, it is 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport, 12 minutes from the gates of Disney and 15 minutes to Universal Studios, with many other attractions close by, including a beach just 45 minutes away.
It's perfect for golfers, with many top courses within a very short car drive. Shops including a large Super Target and a good Publix supermarket are close by and there are restaurants from fine dining to fast food.
There are two king sized bedrooms (one en suite) and two twin bedrooms with a super south facing pool, which catches the sun all day. To the front, there are views to the fishing lake that guests are able to use and there is a safe play area for the little ones. Our home sleeps a maximum of 8 guests.

Kissimmee 2011-the best yet!
The villa was clean, tidy and beautifully presented, everything we hoped for and much more! The communications received were timely, concise and very accurate. Management company were superb and effectively dealt with any minor blips during our stay.
The late checkout offered ended the holiday perfectly- allowing our final day to be spent by the pool.
Highly recommended - stay here and you wont be disappointed!

Orlando Again: April 2011
Whole booking process with Meryl was easy and received all the information as agreed. Directions were great, even though we have been coming to Florida for 10 years. House is stunning and well presented. We had a little bit of a problemette; in as much that the washing machine drum split and flooded the ground floor. The managing agents and owners were superb in handling. Great location, pool was always in sun. Overall the best property we have stayed in over our 10 years.

Florida Feb 2011
Cannot thank you enough for putting us up at short noice. This was a last minute booking after someone let us down, but you were able to accomodate us just down the road from our original booking. This was our 2nd visit to Florida and like the locationn, easy to get to from directions given. We had excellent weather 83 degrees most days. Children made good use of the pool, nice and warm, great to relax in when coming home from a busy day at the parks. Had some lovely meals out locally and when we ate in plenty of cutlery etc to help you prepare. Lovely, clean and tidy on arrival and lots of room for the 8 of us. Plenty of towels and linen and pool towels for use. Would book again if we were to return. The only thing we would have like is to have is a later check out time, we did stay a little later but we were out by 11am and due to fly in the evening, so being able to stay until late afternoon would have been great, but above all else EXCELLENT villa

a perfect holiday home in Kissimmee
Our first time in the States and we couldn't have had it better. Your holiday home was perfect, both in quality and location. Everything was in the villa that we needed. The directions supplied made the villa very easy to find and found it easy to access the main routes and made the journey to NASA and Busch Gardens as well as Universal etc. Eateries were plentiful, and Outback steak house was excellent, as was Tu Tu Tango and Beni Hannahs on international drive and Carrabbas. We would definately stay here again.

Fantastic villa in a superb location
We have been renting holiday homes in the Orlando area for many years and this was one of the best that we have stayed in. The home was clean and well furnished. The pool was very private and has the benefit of having the sun all day. Great location as just off the 192 for a great choice of restaurants and a 24 hour Walmart. Easy access to all main routes to Disney, Universal and other attractions.
We would highly recommend this villa to our family and friends. We will also be booking this villa again for our next trip to Florida.

A relaxing base for theme park exploration
The villa was easy to find with the instructions given by the owner. It is well appointed and very clean. All the necessary facilities were available for self catering and easy to use. The area is very quiet and close to major theme parks. The pool was most welcome, particularly after long days at Disney etc. Overall the villa had a very relaxed ambience which contributed significantly to our holiday. Major supermarkets are very close and a large number of restaurants are not far away up the 535 at Crossroads - try Sweet Tomatoes for excellent value for money! This was our second visit to this villa so it must be good!
