Our luxury villa has six bedrooms all with large flat screen TV's,cable, Ipod chargers, alarms and telephones. The Childrens rooms all have TV and DVD. The villa comfortably sleeps 12 (plus 1 infant) and has a 30ft private pool with spa/jacuzzi, games room, free wireless broadband internet, telephones in all rooms providing absolutely unlimited free calls within the USA and Canada, playstation3, free use of the crib, pushchair and highchair. No expense has been spared in our luxury home.
The villa is situated on the Aviana complex which is packed with amenities. The clubhouse is the centre of the activities with a large popular community pool surrounded by many sun loungers. There is a beach volleyball court, gymnasium, computer room with free broadband access, large indoor lounge room with TV and drinks facilities. Outside there is a covered childs play area and a large fishing lake. These facilities are all complementry to all our guests. Aviana has 24hr gated security and our villa is fully alarmed.

The lounge has large 50" LCD HDTV with surround sound Bose system with DVD player. All the TV's have full cable TV but the lounge has the additional HD channels. The play station 3 is also connected to the 30inch Tv in the family room. |

Kitchen professionally equipt with cooker, microwave, double size fridge/freezer, dishwasher and all new electical appliances. Breakfast dining table seats six and has good viewing of the informal lounge and TV. The Patio doors lead onto the pool deck area. There is a serving archway to the formal dining area. There is a large cupboard to store all your food, this has shelves, and plenty of room. |

Ground Floor Master Bedroom has a luxury King sized bed, 26" LCD TV and cable, ipod alarm for those early starts in the attractions, walk-in wardrobe and ensuite with vanity unit, two person bath, double walk-in shower and toilet. This bedroom has brand new high quality bedding, pillow top mattress, making the bed extemely comfortable.
Bedroom Two master with luxury King sized bed contains a full cot for infant if required, ensuite with vanity unit, bath/shower, walk-in wardrobe, LCD TV with cable High quality bedding, pillow top mattress. the crib has all new bedding set. There is a cupboard in the walk in wardrobe for you put your childs clothes.
Two further bedrooms with Queen sized beds both ensuite with vanity units and bath/showers, wardrobes, LCD TV's with cable. Brand new high quality bedding sets. Ipod docking stations.
Bedroom 5 is a Twin Bedroom with LCD TV and cable, wardrobe and ipod docking station.
Bedroom 6 is another twin bedroom themed as the Disney room with novelty TV and DVD player and the appropriate cuddlies to aid a peaceful sleep. |

There are two games rooms which are fully equipt for the children to disappear, with pool table, ice hockey and basketball. Large screen TV with playstation 3 and games, Electronic dartboard, 3 CD hi-fi and bar height table and seating for even more chill time. There are children toys and board games for you to use. |

The villa is south facing and gets the sun all day over the pool but if the sun is a little too much, relax under the cooling fans in the covered area. In the evening pop on the pool lights and live the dream!! The view to the rear of the property is fantastic at night and is fully covered with a lania. |

The house overlooks a conservation area, which makes our villa totally private and not overlooked and we are situated on a nice quiet road within the complex. |
